Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing
From October 3-6, 2012, CA Technologies employees will take part in the Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology's Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing. The conference is designed to bring the research and career interests of women in computing to the forefront. It is the largest technical conference for women in computing and results in collaborative proposals, networking and mentoring for junior women and increased visibility for the contributions of women in computing.
Since 2005, CA Technologies has supported the Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology, a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing the impact of women on all aspects of technology and increasing the positive impact of technology on women. Anita Borg develops tools and programs designed to help industry, academia and government recruit, retain and develop women technology leaders. As a partner, CA Technologies is involved with the organization's annual Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing in both the U.S. and India. The company also funds student scholarships for the conference and support's Anita Borg's Women of Vision program.

CA Technologies is proud to support the 2012 Human Rights Campaign National Dinner, taking place in Washington, DC on October 6, 2012. By inspiring and engaging all Americans, HRC strives to end discrimination against LGBT citizens and realize a nation that achieves fundamental fairness and equality for all.
HRC seeks to improve the lives of LGBT Americans by advocating for equal rights and benefits in the workplace, ensuring families are treated equally under the law and increasing public support among all Americans through innovative advocacy, education and outreach programs.
